Whether it’s hanging TVs, pictures, or shelves; installing fixtures, dishwashers, or garbage disposals; assembling furniture purchased online; installing window tint to help improve energy efficiency; or tackling yard projects such as installing a flower bed, Blest Handyman, LLC delivers quality workmanship and dependable service you can count on for those projects on your to-do list.

Home Repairs.

Small repairs today prevent bigger expenses tomorrow. A leaking toilet flapper valve, a “fogged up” double pane window, or the door that won’t close properly all contribute to unnecessary water usage and higher utility bills. Addressing these issues early helps prevent further damage and reduce unnecessary energy costs.

Routine Maintenance.

Damaged or deteriorating fencing and decking can create safety and security concerns—and may even lead to HOA compliance issues. Repairing or replacing sticking doors/doors that won’t close, replacing torn window screens, and clearing a slow-draining sink help keep your property safe, functional, and attractive.

Blest Handyman, LLC believes in straightforward pricing, clear communication, and quality workmanship. Free estimates are avilable and we will review the scope of work as well as discuss any additional charges and military/veteran discounts available before work begins. Please note a site assessment may be required before a final price estimate can be provided and unless specifically noted, pricing does not include materials. Additional charges may apply for required permits, framing modifications, difficult access, ladder work, extensive preparation, or other factors that increase the complexity of the project.

Pricing.

Jobs estimated at $500 or less require full payment in advance. Jobs estimated at more than $500 require a minimum 70% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 30% balance due upon completion. Work will not begin until the required payment has been received.

Customers may choose to purchase their own materials. Customer-supplied materials must be appropriate for the project and available at the job site before work begins. Blest Handyman, LLC is not responsible for delays, additional labor, or return trips resulting from unavailable, incorrect, or defective customer-supplied materials.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Personal checks are not accepted.

Payment Processing: A 3% processing surcharge may apply to credit/debit card and other digital payments. Customers paying by cash or money order are eligible for a discount.

Sales Tax: Applicable Texas sales tax will be charged when required by law.
